Average processing times for our premium line is 5-10 business days.
What is the Express Canvas Line?
Our Express canvas line is great for customers looking for a faster, cheaper, and more lightweight canvas options.
Our gallery wrapped Express canvases are wrapped on 0.75 inch stretcher bars.
Average processing time for Express canvas line is 3-5 business days.
Will the canvas print look like the image on my computer?
Yes, the custom canvas will look as you had originally designed. Our team takes care to review images prior to print and may reach to you if there are recommended changes. If the design looks good as-is, we will proceed to print. Please note: The colors within an image displays differently from device to device and is based on your settings so the finished product may differ slightly from what you see on your computer screen.
How do I submit a change to my custom canvas order?
We strive to get your custom order to you as soon as possible and process orders from print the following business day, allowing you the day of your order to contact us via email to make any request for changes for your order. If your order has not been sent to production yet, then we can process that change for you; simply email us your order# and requested change/s. Unfortunately, once your order has been sent to production, you will not be able to make any changes. Please be sure to double-check your design for typos, etc prior to submitting your order.
How long will shipping take?
We offer several shipping options and delivery-time can range from 2 to 6 days depending your selected shipping method.
My piece arrived damaged, what do I do?
We quality check all of our canvases prior to shipment; sometimes packages get damaged during shipping. Please email us within 3 days of delivery to report the damage and provide photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. Our customer service team will review the information and get in touch with you regarding next steps and getting a reprint.
